8. Position Sizing
How to determine size:
Formula:
Risk Amount = Capital × Risk%
Position Size = Risk Amount ÷ (SL in ticks × RM 25)
Example:
Capital: RM 25,000
Risk: 2% = RM 500
SL: 20 ticks = RM 500
Position: RM 500 ÷ RM 500 = 1 lot
9. Trade Management
During trade rules:
When in profit:
- Move SL to breakeven at: +_____ ticks

- Weekly loss limit: 6% = RM 1,800
- Monthly max drawdown: 10% = RM 3,000
SECTION 3: TRADING HOURS
- Trading hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Active trading: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
- No trading: Public holidays, MPOB day (until after data)
SECTION 4: SETUPS
Setup 1: RBS (Resistance-Become-Support)
- Entry: After breakout and retest of broken level
- Confirmation: Bullish candle at support
- SL: Below the level (15-20 ticks)
- TP: 30-40 ticks or next resistance
Setup 2: Support Bounce
- Entry: At established support (2+ touches)
- Confirmation: Hammer or engulfing
- SL: Below support (15-20 ticks)
- TP: Previous high or resistance
Setup 3: 20 EMA Bounce in Trend
- Entry: Pullback to 20 EMA in clear trend
- Confirmation: Rejection candle at EMA
- SL: Below EMA (15-20 ticks)
- TP: Swing high continuation
SECTION 5: ENTRY RULES
Only enter when:
- One of my 3 setups appears
- 4H trend supports direction
- Confirmation candle present
- RRR minimum 1:2
- Under 3 trades for the day
- Under daily loss limit
Never enter when:
- No clear setup
- Against 4H trend
- 30 min before/after MPOB
- At daily loss limit
- Feeling emotional
SECTION 6: EXIT RULES
Exit with profit:
- TP hit
- Bearish reversal candle in long (vice versa)
- Trailing stop hit
- End of session for intraday
Exit with loss:
- SL hit (no exceptions)
- Setup broken before SL
- Black swan event
Never:
- Move SL further
- Average down
- Hold overnight without plan
SECTION 7: POSITION SIZING
Standard calculation:
- Risk: RM 600
- Typical SL: 20 ticks = RM 500
- Position: 1 lot (within limit)
Reduced size (after loss or uncertain):
- Risk: RM 300
- Position: 0.5 lot
SECTION 8: TRADE MANAGEMENT
In profit:
- +15 ticks: Move SL to breakeven
- +25 ticks: Move SL to +10 ticks
- At TP: Close full position
In loss:
- Let SL work
- Accept loss
- No intervention

8:30 AM:

MPOB day:
- No trading until 1 hour after data
- 50% position size
- Only clearest setups
After 2 consecutive losses:
- Mandatory 30-minute break
- Review both trades
- Confirm setups were valid
After daily target hit:
- STOP trading
- No exceptions
